New Client Nancy Tossell

I wanted to introduce you all to our new client Nancy Tossell. Nancy is a realtor who lives in Mesa, Arizona but has a special interest in a new community based in Baja, Mexico called El Dorado Ranch, located near the small coastal town of San Felipe.
Her interest in El Dorado Ranch stems from both her role as an agent for the project but, more importantly, as an owner there as well. Her blog is written from the point of view of her as an owner and is really aimed at providing a source of knowledge to others interested in buying property in the Baja area, whether that be as a retirement home or a vacation home. Nancy’s aim is certainly to retire there.
I myself, Jasper of DBYB and my wife, knew Nancy before she bought her blog and, in fact we were both equally taken with Baja and have purchased a plot of land there with the intention of eventually building a retirement home for ourselves.
It took very little persuading for Nancy to realise the benefits of blogging about Baja and the El Dorado project, and she certainly won’t ever run out of things to write about! Her package was a Standard Blog package with a posting package of 1 post per week by us. She too posts once a week and, though a little daunted at first, soon got to grips with the technology with a little help here and there. It is obviously early days yet but we are sure that her blog will attract both a lot of interest and a lot of new potential Baja buyers! See her blog at http://iwanttobeinbaja.com
